Switched On Property Maintenance provides a
service to office buildings throughout the Christchurch
region, especially central city. SOPM carries out general
maintenance such as replacing/installing lights,
replacing/installing power points, general handyman
duties, installing shelves/partitions, repairing leaking
taps, toilet blockages, and any maintenance repairs!
We offer a 5 hour urgent response time if required, and
will drop things straight away should
an unforseen issue arise.
We
are a one stop shop for all maintenance problems, one
call will fix it all.
